Hi Everyone,

I'd like to download the  SUP7.0 for evaluation, however the system return a message saying "insufficient permission" .
Is there are help from the admin?

Hello,

Have you registered with the Arri.com site?  if so, and password recovery doesn't work, please email service@arri.com and they should be able to sort you out.

Hi Michael,

thanks for your reply. I registered with the arri.com which without any problem to login. However, the system return a message saying "insufficient permission" when I try to download the SUP for instance. Will sort out with the arri service. thx
