We had encountered small issue with our footage, it shows for a frame or two in two different clips (from the same day but from different cards). The problem is surely in recording, not in backup or data copy. We previewed the clip from the camera after the clip was shoot.

Has anyone encountered similar problem ?

We are suspecting corrupted cards which could be associated with the high humidity we encountered the day before.

Specs of the camera:

Arri Alexa
R2B1
firmware : 6.0

Do you know if the cards were erased or quick formatted?
If they were only quick formatted I would suggest to try to do a full erase.
