Hi,
I'm currently working with an Alexa Plus (firmware 5.0) and I've been experiencing a very strange and sudden problem.
With no reason, the Alexa stops recording after a few seconds, and we need to reboot the camera to solve the problem. When it happens, the camera seems to create new clips (the clips are showing on the main screen) but they aren't recorded on the SxS cards. Also, the camera delivers no information about this issue when pressing the "INFO" button.
Have you ever experienced same problem?

Hello,

Sorry to hear about the problem.  Can you send me the log files from the camera (info>Save Logs to SD) and we will have a look.  Please include a specific time and date that the error occurred so we can track it down.

I would also recommend to upgrade to 6.0 and see if the error is still present.

Sup 5 does not work with the Alexa Plus. Major problems. Sup 6 is bullet proof.

Robert,

SUP 5 worked very well with both models of the Alexa.  Of course we recommend upgrading to 6 for the features and bug fixes.
